What systems and services do you offer?
Full details of our services are available here, but in summary we design, install, commission and maintain nursecall (including dementia), staff safety, fire alarm, access control / door entry and CCTV systems.
How can I arrange to receive a demonstration or quotation?
We would be delighted to provide a system demonstration for you; you can contact us by phone on 01278 794798 or email to arrange for us to come and provide a system demonstration.
Do I have to pay for a demo?
No. We are happy to provide a free, no-obligation survey, demonstration and quotation for your home.
Can I see a working system?
Yes. If you would like to see a system, we would be pleased to find one of our existing customers for you to visit.

When will my goods arrive?
This depends on the delivery option selected and the time of day your order was placed. Orders should be placed before 1pm if next day or timed delivery is required.
What is your returns policy?
All products carry a 12 months fair wear and tear warranty and faulty goods can be returned within this period for full credit. Goods ordered in error can be returned to us for credit with 14 days of receipt, Saturn reserve the right to levy a restocking/handling charge of 15% minimum.

Is there a cut of time for next day delivery?
Do you deliver on Saturdays?
No, only Monday-Friday.
