Nurse Call System Maintenance

All customers of Saturn Sales & Services enjoy a high level of maintenance service post-installation and after the warranty period. We pride ourselves on our response times, and our in-house technical support services can often cure problems over the phone giving instantaneous solutions and negating an engineering visit. It is a fact that we have never left a Home with a non-operational system overnight.

The flexibility offered by the systems we provide is mirrored by our choice of maintenance options depending on your requirements and budget.

BRONZE

Prior to their annual inspection, some customers choose to have a pre-arranged service visit. For a fixed sum we will provide a 100% test and overhaul of your system. Included within this fee we will test and provide power supply batteries where necessary and renew any damaged vinyl fronts. We will provide a full report following our visit and upon instruction, any remedial works will be undertaken at a preferential rate. A recognised certificate of inspection can be issued if requested.

SILVER

Provides a greater frequency of inspections and is ideal for those customers whose systems have high usage. We will provide two bi-annual Bronze tests of your system and report as necessary. A recognised certificate of inspection can be issued if requested.

GOLD

In addition to 2 bi-annual inspections many customers elect to have full maintenance with us ensuring peace of mind. Gold maintenance offers service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year via the office and our out of hours service. Gold customers receive priority response in call out situations.

'Silver' maintenance cover provides a greater frequency of inspections and is ideal for those customers whose systems have high usage. We will provide two bi-annual 'Bronze' tests of your system and report as necessary. A recognised certificate of inspetion can be issued if requested.
