What systems and services do you offer?
In summary we design, install, commission and maintain nursecall (including dementia), staff safety, fire alarm, access control / door entry and CCTV systems.
How can I arrange to receive a demonstration or quotation?
We would be delighted to provide a system demonstration for you. You can contact us on 01278 794798 to arrange for us to come and provide a system demonstration.
Do I have to pay for a demo?
No. We are happy to provide a free, no-obligation survey, demonstration and quotation for your home.
Can I see a working system?
Yes. If you would like to see a system, we would be pleased to find one of our existing customers for you to visit.

Can you help me find what products I need?

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards through our payment processors, which are PaymentSense and PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to checkout.
When will my goods arrive?
This depends on the delivery option selected and the time of day your order was placed. Orders should be placed before 1pm if next day or timed delivery is required.
What is your returns policy?
All products carry a 12 months fair wear and tear warranty and faulty goods can be returned within this period for full credit. Goods ordered in error can be returned to us for credit with 14 days of receipt, Saturn reserve the right to levy a restocking/handling charge of 15% minimum.
I am unable to login, why?
We have updated our website in October 2022 and you may need to reset your password. Click here to do so. If you are not receiving our emails, please check your email spam folder.
I am having trouble placing an order, why?
Please ensure your billing address matches the address held by your bank. Please note, as of October 2022, our checkout supports Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), so you may be asked for additional information, such as password or pin number to complete the order. Please check with your issuing bank if you are unsure.

What are the delivery charges?
England & Wales
Standard Delivery (1-3 working days): £14.40 including VAT
Scotland & Highlands
Standard Delivery (2-5 working days) – £30.00 including VAT
Is next day delivery available?
As of 13th March 2024, next day delivery is no longer available. If you do require expedited delivery, please call us on 01278 794798
Do you deliver on Saturdays?
No, only Monday-Friday.
