Returns Policy
Standard goods will only be accepted for return within 10 days of receipt and prior agreement with us. It is important that you contact us first before sending back any goods.
If you would like to return a product it will be at your expense, unused and must be wrapped securely in the original packaging, as only products returned in ‘as new condition’ can be credited.
In some cases a handling charge may be imposed by the manufacturer which will include a restocking charge plus carriage charges for the outward journey. The refund of returned goods may take up to 14 working days before it is visible in your bank account.
If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know at your earliest convenience and so we can confirm in writing this has been processed.
Faulty items
If you receive damaged products please contact us straight away on 01278 794798 or email mail [at] saturn-services.co.uk and our customer services team will be in touch shortly. If it’s possible to attach a picture of the fault/damage to send across in an email, this will be very helpful and speed up the process significantly.
All products carry a minimum 12 month warranty.
We are primarily a business to business supplier, for all business transactions The Sale of Goods Act 1979 applies.
For Consumers purchasing for home use with delivery to your home address, The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations will also apply.
We will always try to help, even when products are out of warranty, however sometimes we are restricted by the manufacturers as to what we can offer you. If you need any help please do not hesitate to contact us.
