Bronze comprises an annual systems inspection only. Our engineers will carry out a full system check and carry out systems battery back-up checks/replacement. A full systems report will be provided together with a test certificate for CQC compliance purposes.
Silver maintenance is the same as Bronze with additional access to our 24/7 response service. During office hours should you contact is via the office to discuss any issue. Out of hours assistance is via a call centre, they will liaise with the local on-call engineer who will contact you promptly. The majority of issues are resolved without an engineering visit over the phone, either fully rectifying the fault or providing a temporary solution allowing a routine in-hours visit thus reducing costs. Contracted customers always get priority over non-contracted customers resulting in less downtime of the system.
Gold maintenance is as Silver, only with six monthly service visits as is mandatory for Fire Alarm systems. Gold maintenance customers are entitled to priority response.
Saturn recommend that these options are given serious consideration as continued systems maintenance is important to optimise their function and ‘health’. Comprehensive cover gives you and your staff peace of mind that assistance will always be there if or when required.
Planned preventative maintenance is proven to be cost effective and provision of a full systems report, together with an annual certificate is valuable evidence of compliance for CQC inspections.
