The Bogus Caller Button is usually wall mounted in the hallway alongside the front door where it can easily be pressed if the resident feels threatened or uneasy with a visitor. When used with the SayPhone 21 it will initiate a “silent” alarm call to the Control Centre, when used with the Advent xt it will initiate an “attack” alarm call having priority over any other call in progress.
